On Sunday, September 25, 2022, the first-ever Japanese-Spanish Master Workshop was held. The main theme of the workshop was "Improvement of Spirituality," which has not been a theme of many workshops in the past.
First, we practiced Level 3 "Spinal Cord Purification Breathing" and " Self-Purification with Light," followed by group sharing on "Spirituality Improvement.
We shared examples of how we and those around us (family, friends, students, clients, etc.) have changed, and how we perceive this change. The participants were able to share very fruitfully and sincerely about themselves and their peers in the same group.
After the general sharing, the participants shared their insights with the group once again to deepen their understanding.
The session ended with the Prayer for Universal Peace.
